More about the 4th and the week after!

Hello to all!! Here it is a week past the 4th already, can you believe it??? My brother Josh sent us some pix taken while he was here last week. Thought I would show you that I still love horseback riding too!! Thanks again to Jerry and Judy Paga for being so kind with their horses and time! Megan is trading e-mails with Mrs. Paga trying to orchestrate a trip to Dryden, Mi. with Grandma Sweet Pea (my Mom) so she can see the trails at The Pagas Place on horseback! Imagine that????

Josh, Leann and Ethan made it back to Phoenix with no troubles. We sure had fun while they were here. The house seemed empty for a couple days after they left.

Megan and Erin are taking swimming lessons last week and this week every morning for an hour. They are naturals! The instructor calls Erin "HOTROD" because she swims so fast! They are both having fun and have learned every common stroke! Too bad the backyard pool seems much smaller now.

Work has finally gotten busy!! Glad to see some overtime. We switched to 4 ten hr. days for the 1st time ever!!! I get a rotating day off per week with one 4 day wknd a month!!! Sure wish the economy would turn back around!! Well. Gotta get outside with the girls. Hope this post finds everyone well.

So much to do...so LITTLE time!

I know it has been forever since the last post-thanks Josh for the push to get posting!
I have stayed mostly virus free so far but the girls and Bryan have had their fair share of cold weather bugs.Megan had a two week course of every cold symptom possible that ended with antibiotics for an ear infection and this weekend Erin has been battling a very high fever and tummy issues :0(The joys of winter with very limited sunshine and spending time indoors...here's hoping spring is not long off!
Megan has been having fun as a Brownie Girl Scout, reading about horses every chance she gets and she was very excited when she lost her front tooth last weekend!Erin is doing great in her last year at preschool, having lots of adventures playing with her Webkinz pets and dressing up herself and her room as fancy as possible!
Check out the pictures!
Happy Easter!!

Erin reading "What is Pink?"

Erin put this together at preschool and loves to show how she reads pictures because she says she doesn't know how to read words yet! She is also finding hidden hearts on each page :0)

Ball Pit!

Check out the Animal Rescue link on right

A friend sent this to me and this is what it is about...The Animal Rescue Site focuses the power of the Internet on a specific need — providing food for some of the 27 million unwanted animals given to shelters in the U.S. every year. Over 10 million animals are put to death every year in the U.S. alone because they are abandoned and unwanted.

Each click on the purple "Click Here to Give - it's FREE" button at The Animal Rescue Site provides food and care for a rescued animal living in a shelter or sanctuary. Funding for food and care is paid by site sponsors and distributed to animals in need!
